Lindy is a lifesaver!

Compared to messing around with my old system of juggling Google Calendar and Trello, Lindy's AI Personal Assistant is a huge time-saver. I got a 20% discount on my annual plan, which was automatically applied. Setting up my initial workflows took about 15 minutes, and I really like that I can cancel at any time if my needs change.

Detailed feedback on Lindy

I used Lindy's AI Personal Assistant for about a month. The ordering process was simple enough, just signed up on their website. Integration with my existing CRM and Slack was surprisingly smooth, I didn't hit any major snags there. Automated meeting scheduling worked as advertised, and the AI email drafting feature was a real time-saver for routine correspondence. I did have a question about customizing a workflow and their support team responded within a few hours; the solution they provided was clear and effective. Meeting summarization was decent, though sometimes it missed a nuance or two, but overall, it captured the main points. Quality of service is high, and it definitely helped streamline my daily tasks.

Love my new assistant!

Oh my goodness, Lindy is fantastic! I signed up for the AI Executive Assistant and it's changed my whole day. The automated meeting scheduling is brilliant, I never have to think about it anymore. My calendar has never been so organized! And the email drafting feature is just so clever. I will absolutely be renewing my subscription and telling everyone about this! It's such a game changer for my productivity!

Solid, with minor quibbles

Lindy's AI scheduling link was a lifesaver for my client meetings; it handled all the back-and-forth really well. The task prioritization feature was also quite helpful in keeping me on track. I did notice that the AI Inbox Management sometimes categorized emails a bit aggressively, leading me to double-check my 'less important' folder. Customer service was responsive when I asked about tweaking the inbox rules. Overall, a very positive experience, but I think the inbox filtering could use a bit more fine-tuning to prevent over-filtering.

Great value for annual plan

I was looking for an AI assistant and Lindy popped up. The 14-day free trial was a good way to test it out. I ended up going with the annual subscription because of the 20% discount; that made it a much better deal than paying monthly. It integrated easily with my Google Calendar and has been pretty solid for automated meeting scheduling. Definitely felt worth the money I paid.

Good for calendar and email

I tried the Lindy AI Executive Assistant. It managed my calendar well. Email drafting was also pretty good. It saved me some time. Setup was straightforward, which I appreciated. No big issues during the trial.

Consistent performance, great tool

I've been using Lindy for about six months now, mostly for the AI Inbox Management and Automated Meeting Scheduling. This latest experience was just as good as my previous ones. The Smart Inbox Filtering continues to be reliable, catching most of the junk without burying important emails. I've found their Custom AI Workflows to be very adaptable as my needs change. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back; I know what to expect and Lindy always delivers. It's a solid productivity tool.

Just got my annual billing statement for Lindy and the price jump was a bit more than I expected. Anyone else see a significant increase this year?

S Sneha 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
I think they mention somewhere the annual discount is only for the first year, then it goes to the standard rate. Could that be it?

Hmm, I'll have to check my original signup terms. Thanks for the heads up!

Yeah, mine went up too. I was on an early adopter rate though, so I kinda expected it. Still stings a bit when you see the new number.

Mine was almost 30%, which felt pretty steep.

Just started the 14-day trial for Lindy. Anyone else using it for daily tasks? Trying to figure out the best way to get it to handle my inbox.

R RahulK 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Yeah, I'm on the trial too! The inbox management is pretty solid once you get it configured. I set up some custom rules for priority emails and it's been a lifesaver.

It does, yeah. Took a bit to set up but worth it.

Definitely use the free trial to compare. That's what I'm doing.

I'm still figuring it out. The meeting scheduling is awesome, but the email drafting feels a bit generic for my style. Any tips for making it sound more 'me'?

D Deepak91 1 month ago
Good point. I need to do that.

Try feeding it some of your past emails as examples. It learns over time.

My annual Lindy subscription just renewed, and the price jumped quite a bit from last year. Did anyone else notice this, or did I miss some early bird pricing ending?

P PoojaR 4 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
Yeah, same here. I think I was on some kind of introductory rate when I first signed up. The new price is still competitive for what it offers, but it was a surprise.

Could be. I did get in early.

I'm still on a monthly plan, so I haven't seen an annual increase yet. This makes me wonder if I should switch to annual or stick to monthly.

P PoojaR 4 weeks ago
Usually annual is cheaper overall, even with a small bump.

I'd compare the current annual vs. your monthly total.

Been using Lindy for a month now and I'm still trying to figure out the best way to handle my email inbox with it. Any tips for getting the 'Smart Inbox Filtering' really dialed in?

M ManojK 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer
For me, it took a week or so of training it. I made sure to move emails to the correct folders and mark important ones. It learns pretty fast after that.
17
V VickyP 1 week ago
So, you just keep correcting it? Does it eventually get it perfectly?
5
M ManojK 1 week ago
Almost perfectly. I rarely have to touch it now for routine stuff.
3
A Anjali 1 week ago
I set up a few custom rules based on sender and keywords for specific projects. That helped a lot for the really niche emails.
9
V VickyP 1 week ago
Custom rules, good idea! I haven't messed with those much yet.

Is Lindy worth it over Reclaim.ai? Reclaim does a lot of the same stuff with scheduling and tasks.

C Chris Carter 1 month ago
I tried Reclaim for a bit, it's good for time blocking but Lindy feels more like a full assistant, especially with email and drafting stuff.
2
K Kate C. 1 month ago
Depends what you need. If you just want smart scheduling, Reclaim might be enough. Lindy handles way more of the communication side, which saves me a ton of time.

Can you actually cancel easily if it's not a good fit after the trial? Don't want to get stuck in a subscription.

R Ryan Bennett 2 months ago
Yep, cancelling was super easy for me. No hassle at all.

D Derek Beaumont 2 months ago
I think you can cancel anytime. I signed up monthly and just stopped it after a couple of months when my project ended, no issues.

Does Lindy integrate with Outlook? My whole team uses Microsoft everything so that's a big one for us.

C Cleo 2 months ago
Yeah, it integrates with Outlook, no problem. I use it for my work calendar and emails there.

My company uses Microsoft 365 and it works fine. Calendar, emails, everything syncs up pretty seamlessly. Was one of my main concerns too.

Thinking of signing up, but do they ever do like Black Friday sales or something? Or is the 14-day trial usually it?

A Andre Brooks 2 months ago
They definitely do sales around certain times, I got a sweet deal last Cyber Monday.
4
L Lisa Kaur 2 months ago
Yeah, they have a trial and usually give a discount if you go annual. I've heard of promo codes too, but those seem to be more for referrals or specific partner stuff, not just general sales all the time, afaik.
